A tasty and healthy drink – persimmon smoothie with pear and banana, based on kefir. This smoothie contains neither sugar nor honey, since the sweetness of the fruit is enough even for the avid sweet tooth. And the pomegranate seeds, which are used to decorate the smoothie, add a pleasant sourness. The most delicious snack or breakfast!
Cook: 10 min.
Servings: 2
Ingredients
Ripe persimmon – 1 pc. (250 g)
Pear – 1 pc. (100 g in a purified form)
Banana – 1 pc. (100 g in a purified form)
Kefir – 300 ml
Pomegranate (grain) – 20 g
Directions
I use pomegranate seeds exclusively for decorating smoothies. If you want to add the pomegranate directly to the smoothie, then squeeze the juice out of it and discard the seeds.
Peel the persimmon, remove the stalk and seeds (if any). Cut the persimmon pulp into large slices. You don’t need to peel the persimmon, but I like it when the smoothie is as smooth as possible.
Separate the pomegranate seeds from the peel.
Peel the pear, remove the core. Cut the pear flesh into large pieces.
Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
Send the pear, persimmon, and banana to the blender bowl.
Pour in kefir.
Blend the contents of the bowl with a hand blender until smooth or small pieces of fruit remain (whichever you prefer).
Pour the persimmon, pear, and banana smoothie into glasses.
Garnish the smoothie with pomegranate seeds and enjoy!
