Pie with Potatoes and Asparagus

Potato Asparagus Pie is a very simple vegetarian recipe made according to Jamie Oliver’s recipe. Judging by the ingredients, almost like porridge from an ax 🙂

Ingredients
- Puff pastry – 400 Grams
- Potatoes – 500 Grams
- Canned Asparagus – 400 Grams
- Butter – 100 Grams
- Grated cheese – 200 grams
- Eggs – 3 Pieces
- Fat cream – 280 Milliliters
- Salt, pepper – To taste
Directions
- Let’s start with the potato filling. Boil potatoes until tender, mash in mashed potatoes, add grated cheese, as well as a mixture of eggs and cream. Salt and mix.
- Roll out the puff pastry, put it in a baking dish, greased with butter. We bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees (no filling).
- We take out the dough, put the potato filling on it, and put canned asparagus on top. We return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes. Done! 🙂
