Potato Dough Pie

An unusual pie made from potato dough stuffed with vegetables in the filling turns out to be very tasty and tender. With it, you can diversify the festive table, or you can cook it as a dish for every day.

Directions

Grind the chilled butter and flour into crumbs. Boil the potatoes and puree, after draining all the water from them. Cool the resulting mashed potatoes, mix it with butter crumbs. Add one egg, knead the dough. Roll out a round layer from it, put it in a mold so that you get high sides. Stick the dough in several places with a fork and put it in the freezer for half an hour.
Wash, peel and cut the vegetables into cubes. Fry them in vegetable oil for 7-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cool and place in a dough pan. Mix two eggs with milk and hard cheese. Pour this mixture over vegetables. Bake at 190 ° C for about 45 minutes. Potato dough pie is ready!
