Ingredients
- 2 large cans pineapple
- 240 g suar
- 8 egg yolks
- 12 tablespoon pineapple juice
- 1 pack cream stabilizer
- 1 kg cream curd
- 300 g sour cream
- 2 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- Lemon juice
- 600 ml whipped cream

- Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and 5 teaspoons whipped cream until stiff. Beat the sugar, egg yolk and pineapple juice to a cream, mix with the quark, sour cream and lemon juice, add the rest of the cream and stir. Mix in the pineapple pieces and whipped cream. Decorate with pieces of pineapple.
