Ingredients

  • 1 pck. Of pizza dough from the refrigerated shelf
  • 400 g mozzarella, rated
  • 15 slices salami, thinly sliced
  • some flour for the work surface

For the dip:

  • Tomato sauce, ready-made
  • Basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C fan-assisted air.
  2. Place the pizza dough on a work surface powdered with flour, pull it apart and cut lengthways into 3 strips with a pizza cutter.
  3. Sprinkle the pizza strips with mozzarella and roll the long sides together. Place the dough rolls in the form of a pretzel on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the salami slices on the pretzels and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella. Bake the pizza pretzels for 15-18 minutes until they are golden brown.
  4. A ready-made tomato sauce, which is refined with a little basil, works wonderfully as a dip.
