  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 1 pack dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C fan-assisted air.
  2. Mix the ingredients in the order above. At the beginning I mix everything with the mixer (with dough hook) and then knead the dough to the end. But you can also do it with your hands right from the start. Optionally also with a dough machine. Let the dough rise for another 10 minutes.
  3. Then shape the dough into sausages approx. 10 cm long (not too thin, approx. 2 cm in diameter). It should make about 8-10 pizza sticks. Then place these on a baking rack and cut into them if necessary and sprinkle / rub with flour. Put the pizza sticks in the oven for about 15-20 minutes and leave them in for a longer or shorter period as desired.
  4. Are warm and cold, for grilling or just so delicious!
  5. Annotation:
  6. If you are not a big fan of garlic / oregano, you can leave them out and do not have to use a substitute. The consistency remains roughly the same!
