Ingredients

  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 150 g cheese, spicy (Emmentaler or medieval Gouda)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pizza seasoning
  • some salt and pepper
  • some fondor
  • 8 slices toast (or 4 baguette rolls or pretzel sticks 230; halved)

Instructions

  1. Cut the cooked ham and cheese into small cubes. Whip the whipped cream until stiff. Add ham and cheese cubes as well as paprika, curry and pizza seasoning and fold in. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little fondor.
  2. Now spread the mixture on the toasted bread slices or the halved baguette rolls or pretzel sticks and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C top and bottom heat on the middle rack until the cheese has melted and the toasts are slightly browned on the surface.
