Ingredients

For the shortcrust pastry:

For the cast:

  • 75 g flour
  • 75 g butter
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream

For covering:

  • 500 g plums (pitted plums)

Instructions

  1. Make a smooth batter from the shortcrust ingredients and chill in the refrigerator.
