Ingredients

  • 100 ml red wine
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • 20 plum (s), dried
  • 60 g cheese (pecorino) or parmesan, in one piece
  • 5 slices Parma ham (large )

Instructions

  1. Heat the red wine and orange juice and soak the plums in them for 30 minutes. Cut the pecorino into small cubes (as many as there are plums). Cut the ham slices into four equal pieces.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
  3. Take the plums out of the wine, stick the cheese pieces into the plums and then roll them tightly into a quarter of ham. Place on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake in the hot oven for about 10 minutes until the ham is slightly crispy. Serve warm.
