Instructions

  1. With this method you can easily bake poached eggs in the oven (preheat to 180 degrees top-bottom heat).
  2. For this you take a muffin tin and grease it. I take a silicone mold, so there is no greasing.
  3. Put 1 tablespoon of water and a raw egg into each muffin trough. Now you can salt and pepper the eggs as you like before baking them in the oven for about 13 minutes. If you want the yolks to be firmer, they should be left in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  4. Then either carefully lift the eggs out of the forms with a tablespoon or tilt the forms onto a plate.
  5. Tastes very good on a salad or on toasted bread.
