Polish Muffins

Polish muffins are great baked goods that can be stuffed with “surprises”. A delicious and simple recipe for homemade muffins. I love making muffins, but the same ingredients can be used to bake the Hubby cake (Polish recipe).

Ingredients

  • Margarine – 250 g
  • Cocoa – 4 tbsp
  • Sugar – 2 cups
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 pack
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Baking powder (or soda quenched in vinegar) – 2 teaspoon
  • Water – 0.5 cups

Directions

  1. Mix margarine with sugar, water and cocoa. We drown, and then we cool. Before cooling, you need to pour half a glass for gravy.
  2. Add eggs, flour, soda to the rest of the mass and mix.
  3. Pour into molds (where you can put raisins / dried apricots / prunes / coconut beforehand) and put in the oven. Bake muffins in tins for 45 minutes.
