Pomegranate Salad with Goat Cheese

Ingredients

1 pomegranate, ripe
0.5 ½ head lettuce (endive salad)
150 g cheese (oat cheese), crumbled
1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
1 tablespoon basil, finely chopped

For the dressing:

3 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
1 clove (s) garlic, crushed or finely diced
125 ml olive oil
0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper from the mill, coarsely ground

Instructions

Carefully remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Wash the endive salad and cut into fine strips. Drain well.
Put in a bowl or spread on plates. Scatter the cheese, seeds and herbs on top. Mix the ingredients for the dressing well and pour over the salad.
