Instructions

  1. The fillet is best prepared the day before.
  2. To do this, you take the fillet, wash it, pat it dry, remove the silver skin and place it on a piece of aluminum foil. Then the meat is seasoned with salt and pepper and chopped or pressed garlic is poured over it. Finally, the herbs are spread over the meat and a strong dash of olive oil is poured over it. Then you wrap it with aluminum foil and put it in the fridge until the next day.
  3. Take the meat out of the foil, do not throw away the foil and fry in the pan on all sides. Then wrap the meat in the foil again and cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. We like to eat it with potatoes, asparagus and bearnaise sauce.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
