- 2 pork fillet (s)
- 2 packs bacon (breakfast bacon)
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 2 cups cream
- 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoon curry
- 2 tablespoon cognac

- Cut the pork fillet into 3-4 cm thick slices. Salt and pepper. Then wrap a slice of the bacon around each. Put in a baking dish. Cook in the oven at 190 ° C for about half an hour.
