Ingredients

  • 2 pork fillet (s)
  • 16 slices bacon, smoked breakfast bacon (boneless)
  • a little fat
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 cups crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • some ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon curry, (or more)
  • Parsley, chopped (possibly also dried)

Instructions

  1. Cut the fillet pieces (alternatively lobster meat can be used) into 16 medallions and wrap each one with a slice of bacon. Mix the creme fraiche, cream, spices, parsley and ketchup together. Put the wrapped meat in a greased casserole dish, spread the sauce over it and cook at 175 degrees (depending on the oven) for about 60 to 80 minutes.
  2. Mixed lettuce tastes good with it.
  3. Rösties (filled), croquettes or French fries are suitable as a side dish.
