  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 70 g parmesan, rated
  • 300 g cheese (Gouda), rated

Instructions

  1. Fry the onions, add the zucchini and paprika and sauté a little. Season to taste with spices. At the end, add chopped basil. Place the vegetables on a baking tray or large baking dish. Fry 1 kg of pork loin cut into medallions, add pepper and salt. Spread the pork medallions on the vegetables. 1 packet of tomato puree cut 2-3 cloves of garlic into small pieces
