Pork or Veal Schnitzel Stuffed with Cheese

Pork or veal roll stuffed with cheese, breaded and fried or baked. Men are just delighted with him.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Pork – 500 g
  • Jamon – 30 g
  • Curd cheese – 40 g
  • Sheep cheese – 40 g
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt – optional
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Bread crumbs – 3-4 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 3-4 tbsp

Directions

  1. Cut the pork into slices 0.5 cm thick, cover with foil or food bag, beat thinly.
  2. Spread a slice of Parma ham or Jamon over the meat. Place a tablespoon of curd cheese on top of the ham. Put the crumbled sheep cheese on top of the curd cheese.
  3. Roll the pork into a roll.
  4. Dip the meatloaf in the beaten egg.
  5. Roll in breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry the schnitzels in a preheated skillet in olive oil on all sides until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the fried schnitzels to a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, for 15-20 minutes, finish cooking.
  8. Place the finished schnitzels on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  9. Serve the cooked schnitzel with fresh herbs or fried potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
