Ingredients

  • 2 pork schnitzel
  • 2 small onions
  • 50 g mushrooms
  • 100 g ham in strips
  • salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 egg (s)
  • breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoon butter for frying
  • 2 stalks marjoram
  • 300 g jacket potato (s)

Instructions

  1. Cut a pocket into each of the schnitzel. Peel and chop the onions. Finely dice the mushrooms, fry with 1/4 of the onions in the hot butter fat. Add the ham strips and marjoram. Mix in the seasoning and mustard. Fill the schnitzel with the mushroom, mustard and ham mixture, add seasoning, pull through the egg and bread. Fry in hot butter fat for 10 minutes on each side. Peel and slice the potatoes. Fry with the rest of the onions in the remaining fat. Spice up.
