Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 100 ml milk or plant-based drink
  • 25 mg orange juice
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch (s) turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped almond (s)
  • 1 pear (s)

Instructions

  1. Put the oat flakes and milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Then add the orange juice, turmeric and cinnamon and simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat and let it become creamy.
  2. Wash, quarter, core and cut the pear into pieces.
  3. Serve the porridge with the pears, sprinkle with the almonds and, if necessary, sweeten with honey.
  4. The flakes can also be warmed up in the microwave for 2 minutes at 600 - 700 watts. Then let it soak for another 2 minutes.
