Ingredients
- 12 prawns
- 2 large potatoes, waxy
- 50 ml balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 150 ml oil
- Salad, mixed your choice
- salt and pepper

- Break the prawns out of the shell and remove the intestines. Peel the potatoes and use a vegetable slicer to make long potato threads. Wrap the prawns with the potato threads.
- Bake in the oil until golden brown. Finish cooking on a baking sheet on parchment paper (at 140 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 10 minutes). Salt and pepper before serving and arrange on the salad.
- Wash the lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix the vinegar, egg yolk, salt, pepper and honey together. Let the oil flow in slowly while stirring. Spread over the salad as desired, keep leftovers in the refrigerator.
