  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g potato (s), cooked and from the day before
  • 100 g suar
  • 60 g fat
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • possibly lemon peel
  • 1 jar jam

Instructions

  1. Work the ingredients (except the jam) together quickly on the work surface, roll out the dough to around 1/2 cm thick and cut into 10 pizza pieces of equal size. Spread 1 spoonful of jam and roll up. Brush with 1 tablespoon of milk (possibly also whisked with 1 egg yolk) and bake at 175 ° C for about 30 minutes.
