Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 60 g capers
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled stock powder
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • nutmeg
  • Chilli flakes
  • Garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes. Pre-cook in salted water for 15 minutes.
  2. Chop the onions and fry with the minced meat.
  3. Put the crème fraîche, sour cream, cream cheese and milk in a saucepan and heat slowly, stirring constantly. Add the pressed garlic cloves and season with the remaining spices.
  4. Put half of the potatoes in a baking dish, spread the minced meat and capers on top.
  5. Layer the remaining potatoes on top and pour the sauce over everything. Finally, crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle over it.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for 20 minutes.
