Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon herbs, Italian, dried
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 200 g cream
  • 300 ml broth, instant
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes and cook in water for about 20 minutes. Dice the carrot and onion. Core the tomatoes, also dice.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the onion, carrot and minced meat in it for about 5 minutes over high heat. Season with salt, pepper and herbs. Stir in tomato paste and diced tomatoes.
  3. Melt the butter. Sweat the flour in it. Deglaze with cream and stock. Bring to the boil while stirring. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the cheese.
  4. Put the potatoes in an ovenproof dish. Spread the minced meat mixture and sauce on top. Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 ° C.
