  • 300 g minced meat
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 cup cream
  • cheese for gratinating
  • 200 g pasta
  • Salt water
  • Spice (s) your choice

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. Fry the minced meat until it is nice and crumbly and season to taste. Cut the onions into small cubes, add to the minced meat in the pan, fry with them. Also dice the tomatoes and add them to the pan.
  2. When everything is well seared, add the cream and cream cheese to the pan and let it steep until the cream cheese has dissolved. Now distribute the pasta in a baking dish and pour the minced meat tomato sauce from the pan over it.
  3. Then put the cheese on top and put it in the oven with the casserole. Leave in the oven at 180 ° C until the desired browning and then enjoy.
