Ingredients
- 800 g potato (s), small
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- salt
- Pepper, whiter
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 40 g butter or mararine
- 40 grams flour
- 2 tablespoon curry
- 375 ml vegetable stock (instant)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 75 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
- Thyme for sprinkling

- Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Peel and chop the onion. Heat the oil. Fry the minced meat and onion in it. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Let the fat melt. Add the flour and sweat. Dust with curry. Deglaze with the stock and cream while stirring. Melt the cheese in it. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Drain the potatoes, rinse and peel off the skin. Halve the potatoes if necessary. Put the potatoes, mince and sauce in a casserole dish and bake in a preheated oven (electric stove 225 degrees, convection 200 degrees, gas mark 4) for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with thyme if necessary.
