  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • basil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the potatoes thinly in a large pan in a little oil, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Skin the tomatoes, place them in slices on the potatoes, season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with basil. Cut the mozzarella into slices and place on top of the tomatoes. Pour the cream on top. Cook for about 40 minutes.
