Ingredients
- 2 ½ kg jacket potato (s)
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 dash vinegar
- 2 teaspoons mustard, hotter
- 3 tablespoon Miracel Whip
- 1 pack ready mix, (lettuce topping with dill herbs)
- 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant
- 200 ml sunflower oil
- 200 g crème fraîche, or sour cream
- 2 teaspoons salt
- a lot pepper

- 400 g meat salad
- some chilli pepper (s), dried, freshly ground

- Mix well 3 raw eggs, a good dash of vinegar, 200ml sunflower oil and 2 teaspoons mustard.
