  • Finger potatoes (small oblong) – 400 g
  • Cucumber (diced) – 0.5 cup
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Natural yogurt without additives – 1.5 tbsp
  • Fresh dill (chopped) – 1.5 teaspoon.
  • Salt – 0.25 teaspoon.
  • Ground black pepper – 0.25 teaspoon.

Potato Salad with Cucumber and Dill Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into 5 cm pieces, put them in a saucepan, add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer potatoes until soft, about 5 minutes. Drain potatoes set aside.
  2. Put chopped cucumber, sour cream, yogurt, chopped dill in a large bowl, add salt and black pepper, mix well.
  3. Put the potatoes in a bowl with the dressing, mix well again and the potato salad with cucumbers and dill can be served.
