Ingredients

  • 1 bag potato (s), (waxy)
  • 1 medium onion (s), or leek
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 200 g crabs, (more if necessary)
  • 500 ml vegetable stock, (approximate)
  • 1 cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut into small cubes and put them in a saucepan with the peeled and finely chopped onions, sauté briefly and add the vegetable stock, cook for approx. 5 min.
  2. Wash the carrots and cut / grate into fine strips and add to the soup, let simmer briefly. Remove and puree half of the soup and then mix it back into the rest of the soup.
  3. Add the prawns, let simmer for 3 to 5 minutes and remove from the fireplace. Finely chop the dill and stir into the soup with a little cream (but you can also do without it). FINISHED!!!
  4. If you want, you can also add a clove of garlic during the steaming process. Delicious!
