Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s) your choice
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon curry paste or curry powder
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • Oil for the pan
  • salt
  • Coriander green, fresh
  • pepper from the grinder

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. If necessary, cook in a saucepan until soft to the bite.
  2. Fry the potatoes in a pan with a little heated oil until they have a nice color. Mix coconut milk and curry paste or curry powder in a bowl and pour over the potatoes. Cook the potatoes covered in this coconut curry sauce for approx. 10 minutes. Now add the peas and cook until the peas are soft and warm. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with coriander greens and serve immediately.
