  • 500 ml water
  • 500 g potato (s), small

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the salt in the water. Scrub the potatoes clean and bring to the boil with the salted water, then cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes. Drain and place wet on a baking tray. Leave to dry in the oven at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat, preheated) on the 2nd rail from the bottom for approx. 12 minutes until a fine salt crust forms.
  2. Serve with dips or as a side dish as desired.
