Potatoes Stuffed with Minced Meat Instructions

  1. Rinse and peel the potatoes. It is desirable that the potatoes are approximately the same shape. Cut out the middle. Grease a non-stick baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the potatoes in it with the hole up.
  2. Put the minced meat (beef, pork, chicken or a mixture of beef and pork) into a bowl. Beat an egg into it, add spices, salt and pepper. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes. You can add raw chopped onions to the minced meat, or you can pre-fry it in vegetable oil until transparent. Stir and stuff the potatoes with the minced meat.
