Potatoes with Olives Baked in Cream

Even from such a familiar guest on our tables as potatoes, you can easily prepare an original gourmet dish. Potatoes with olives, baked in cream, turns out to be incredibly tender, aromatic, with a rich creamy taste. Try to cook!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 600-700 g
  • Butter – 60 g
  • Cream 20% – 200 ml
  • Olives (pitted) – 80 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Dried rosemary – 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh dill – 3-4 branches
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare products. In the process, we need foil.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic. Melt the butter.
  3. Put the garlic and rosemary in the melted butter and fry for 30-60 seconds, until a bright aroma appears.
  4. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. We turn on the oven, preheat it to 200 degrees.
  5. Chop the olives finely. Chop the dill.
  6. Combine potato slices, dill, olives, and oil with garlic and rosemary. Salt and pepper.
  7. Stir and place the potatoes in a baking dish.
  8. We cover the form with foil and send it to bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and pour the cream over the potatoes evenly. Raise the oven temperature to 230 degrees. We send the form to the oven for another 15 minutes.
  10. Baked potatoes with olives in cream, ready.
