Baked Potatoes with Cream

Baked potatoes with cream (potato gratin without cheese), cooked in portions, is a very tasty and beautiful holiday dish.

Ingredients
- Potatoes – 3 pcs.
- Cream – 3-6 tbsp
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- Prepare the required foods. You will also need silicone muffin molds.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into very thin slices. If there is a special grater, use it. Season the potatoes with salt, pepper and sprinkle with oil.
- Grease silicone muffin molds with vegetable oil. Place the potato slices in the molds to form a flower. Fill the entire form with potatoes.
- Pour 1-2 tablespoon into each mold. tablespoons of cream. Send potatoes with cream to bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
- The edges of the potatoes will brown in the oven, and the potatoes baked with cream will become soft and juicy. You can gently check the baked potatoes for readiness with a sharp knife.
