Ingredients

  • 7 tomato (s), dried, pickled in oil
  • 12 shrimp (s), without shell, deveined
  • 500 g pasta
  • 2 tablespoon chutney, e.g. mango, apple, 830;
  • 1 clove garlic, small
  • 100 ml water
  • some parmesan
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Put the garlic clove and the dried tomatoes with some of the tomato oil in a mixer or blender and mix into small pieces. Put some of the tomato oil in a large pan, fry the prawns briefly on both sides, remove from the pan as soon as they are pink. Put the sun-dried tomatoes in the same pan and fry them briefly. Pour in the water and stir in the chutney. Simmer until the sauce is thick. Season to taste and add the prawns.
  3. Mix the sauce directly with the pasta and parmesan and serve on preheated plates.
  4. For the recipe I always use tomatoes in oil and fiery apple chutney. Both recipes are in the database.
