  • 20 shrimp (s), peeled, without casing
  • 1 small can mandarine (s)
  • 100 ml cream, more
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Oil, neutral, or butter
  • curry powder
  • Chili powder
  • rice, or noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook rice or pasta according to the package instructions so that they are ready at the same time as the shrimp.
  2. Wash the prawns and dry them well. Fry briefly in a pan with oil or butter until they have turned pink, remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Put the drained mandarins in the same pan, pepper and season with a little salt. If you like it a little more spicy, you can taste it with curry and chilli. Add the cream and let everything simmer a little. Season again with salt and pepper. Add the prawns and stir in.
  4. Serve with rice or pasta on warm plates.
