Processed Cheese Muffins

A very simple recipe for incredibly tasty cheesecakes, the dough for which is kneaded with the addition of sour cream.

Directions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Break eggs into a deep bowl.
Beat the eggs.
Add curds, grated on a fine grater, mix well.
Combine sugar, salt, baking powder and flour.
Add dry mixture to cheese and egg, add sour cream.
Knead the dough.
Divide the dough into molds. Bake cheesecakes on sour cream in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
