Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 150 g low-fat quark
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder, approx. 8 g
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ chickpeas, flour
  • 50 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 50 g almond (s), round
  • 2 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 handful walnuts, chopped
  • 1 handful prunes, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the stove to 200 degrees top-bottom heat.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and work into a dough. That works great with a whisk. Let rest for 10 minutes at room temperature and then stir again.
  3. Line a loaf pan (26 cm) with baking paper or grease and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the dough, it is relatively runny, into the mold and bake on the middle rack for an hour.
