Instructions

  1. Place the ingredients in a bowl one by one and mix well. Then put the dough in a bread pan. I recommend silicone baking molds because they are easy to clean and no parchment paper is required.
  2. Bake the bread at 180 ° C with top / bottom heat in the preheated oven for about 55 minutes. Then let it rest a little in the oven. Let the bread cool down sufficiently before cutting.
  3. The bread will keep for several days when stored in a kitchen towel in the refrigerator.
  4. You can choose to vary the proportions of the ingredients or replace them with other grains. The bread also tastes very good with grated carrots or tomatoes in the batter.
  5. Anything is suitable as a topping. I like to eat it with sweets, for example jam, or with cheese, tomato and cucumber.
