Bring the water or milk to the boil and add the polenta. Optionally, all seeds can be added here. Add the sweetener as desired. Reduce the heat and cook, stirring constantly. Then add the protein powder and keep stirring, now it shouldn`t boil anymore. Just pull until it has a mushy consistency.
When the desired consistency is reached, place on a plate or bowl and garnish as desired. E.g. with applesauce, nuts, berries, cinnamon.
Note: The water reduces the calories and still tastes really good. If calories are being considered, this is your best bet. Almond milk and low-calorie milk are of course also possible just like cow`s milk.
Approx. 400 kcal. per serving.
