Provencal Carrots

Ingredients

  • Carrots – 2-3 pcs.
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Olives – 200 g
  • Provencal herbs – 1 teaspoon.
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare food. Peel the carrots.
  2. Cut into cubes 5-7 mm in cross-section and 2-3 cm in length.
  3. Add oil, salt, Provencal herbs to the carrots. Mix.
  4. Send to the oven at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  5. A delicious snack that can and should be eaten by those who are on a diet, and even Lent is coming soon, is ready.
