  • 4 sheet / s puff pastry (frozen)
  • 1 egg yolk, whisked
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • some soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Thaw the puff pastry sheets and roll them out into rectangles (approx. 10 cm x 30 cm). Cut each of these into 4 triangles and brush with whisked egg yolk. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Drain the tuna and chop it up. Clean the peppers and cut into fine strips, as well as the zucchini. Mix the vegetables with the tuna and distribute everything together in the middle of the puff pastry triangles. Drizzle with soy sauce.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes and serve hot.
