  • 1 kg shoulder pork or roast pork or roll roast or turkey breast
  • 250 ml barbecue sauce your choice

Instructions

  1. If you like, you can evenly inject the BBQ sauce into the meat with a marinade syringe. Rub the meat a little with the BBQ sauce. Put the meat and the rest of the sauce in a roasting tube and seal it tightly. Optionally, let the marinated meat rest in the refrigerator overnight. Place the filled roasting tube in a baking dish and let the meat cook in the oven (convection) for 8-10 hours at 90 ° C. Take the meat out of the roasting tube (be careful with the hot sauce) and place in a bowl. Now finely torn the meat with 2 forks and mix with the remaining sauce from the roasting tube. The pulled pork can be enjoyed with a delicious cole slaw on a burger bun. Alternatively, you can use a large piece of turkey breast instead of pork. It also tastes delicious and stays wonderfully juicy thanks to the gentle cooking process.
