  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 200 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Get the butter out of the refrigerator in good time, as it should be very soft to use.
  2. Roast the pumpkin seeds in a pan without fat. Then let the roasted kernels cool down and chop finely as much as possible. Mix the butter with the pumpkin seed oil and the finely chopped pumpkin seeds and season with salt.
