Pumpkin Seed Baked Chicken

Chicken meat, baked in a crispy breading of spices and pumpkin seeds, turns out to be very juicy and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs – 3 pcs.
  • Pumpkin seeds – 80 g
  • Parmesan cheese – 30 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Bread crumbs – 1 tbsp
  • Seasoning for chicken – 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil (for lubricating the mold) – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper (mix) – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all required ingredients. Any part of the chicken is suitable for this dish.
  2. Wash the chicken thighs, pat dry with paper towels, remove the skin and cut out the bones. Cut each thigh in two, place in a bowl, rub with salt and freshly ground pepper. Leave on for 15 minutes
  3. Turn on the oven, let it heat up to 200 degrees. Meanwhile, prepare the breading. Pour crackers, chicken seasoning and salt into a blender bowl. Add pumpkin seeds. Grate Parmesan cheese there.
  4. Grind everything in a blender into crumbs.
  5. Break the egg into a bowl and beat with a fork.
  6. Dip the chicken meat in the beaten egg on all sides.
  7. Then roll each bite of chicken breaded with pumpkin seeds.
  8. Grease a baking dish with oil. Place the breaded chicken thighs in a baking dish and place in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes. Then cover the tin with foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
  9. Delicious chicken in a crunchy pumpkin seed breading is ready.
