Ingredients
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 250 g sour cream
- 1 can pineapple
- 1 can tangerine (s)
- 1 half a lemon (s), its juice and teaspoon grated zest
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoon sugar

- Drain the pineapple and tangerines.
- Mix the quark and sour cream and mix with a little fruit juice from the pineapple and mandarins until smooth and creamy. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla sugar. Finally, carefully fold in the fruit.
- Pour the quark dish into a bowl and garnish with pieces of fruit.
- The fruit is interchangeable, but cherries and strawberries are not cheap because they give off too much color.
