Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 100 g quark

For covering:

  • 100 g ham, or veetarian with sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough ingredients evenly (it should no longer stick). Grease and flour the springform pan, then distribute the batter, forming a small edge.

  3. Put the vegetables in a bowl and let cool.
