Ingredients

  • 75 g cheese, rated
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 300 g meat sausae
  • 225 g cheese in slices
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 125 ml milk
  • Salt and pepper, coarse
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Knead the grated cheese with the flour, egg, sour cream and salt to form a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for about 1 hour. In the meantime, wash the tomatoes and remove the stalks. Peel the meat sausage. Cut both into slices. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough, line a greased springform pan with it and pull up one edge. Cover the dough with alternating slices of sausage, cheese and tomato in a ring. For the topping, mix the parsley with the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Spread over the quiche and bake in a preheated oven (fan oven 180 degrees) for 25-30 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley if desired.
