Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry
  • 6 pear (s)
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 120 g almond (s)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • Butter for the mold
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Butter a pie form and pour in the puff pastry, work up the edge, prick the bottom a few times with a fork. Peel and halve the pears, remove the cores and drizzle with lemon juice. Place the pear halves on the dough (core casing hole facing down). Grind the almonds very finely. Beat eggs and powdered sugar for about 5 minutes, then add the almonds. Pour the egg and almond mixture over the pears and bake for about 30 minutes at 200 °.
  2. Serve cold or lukewarm as a dessert with vanilla sauce.
