Ingredients
- 2 medium onion (s)
- 2 teaspoons peanut oil
- 1 Hokkaido pumpkin (se)
- water
- 1 small Piece (s) ginger
- 2 teaspoons curry
- 2 teaspoons vegetable stock, basic
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- salt and pepper
- 200 ml oat cream (oat cream cuisine)

- Peel and roughly dice the onions and add to Monsieur Cuisine. Add the peanut oil and select the frying function for 6 minutes.
- In the meantime, core the pumpkin, cut into cubes and then add to the onions together with the ginger. Select the searing function for another 3 minutes.
- Pour in water until the pumpkin is evenly covered and cook on level 2 at 100 ° C for 20 minutes. Gradually add all the spices.
- After boiling, add the oat cream and puree for 30 seconds at level 10.
- If no food processor is available, the soup can alternatively simply be prepared in a pot and then pureed.
